Let’s welcome Sijo Joseph. He is a Consumer Tech Native who joins us as an Associate Principal. Sijo comes with 16 years’ worth of work experience as an Associate Principal. He started his career as an entrepreneur which gained him a lot of valuable leadership skills. Sijo then forayed into IT services and has now been in the executive search industry for the last 8 years. He worked earlier with Longhouse Consulting before joining Native. Having held a leadership role, he believes that firms need to become more open to identifying and integrating leaders from other sectors to encourage innovation. This approach has led to many successful hires for all our Consumer Tech clients. Sijo likes to be a native of discovery and exploration. Whenever time permits, Sijo takes up the opportunity to go on a road trip.
