Supreet Singh

Managing Partner -Technology, Digital & Financial Services , Mumbai

Supreet is a seeker of ideas that challenge the status quo. He sees the unsolved problems as business opportunities and explores sustainable business models around those problems. He is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor who founded five successful ventures.

He started his corporate journey 15 years back with HDFC Bank before founding iRefr.com and co-founding Native. Supreet has led many c-suite searches in Financial Services, Digital and Technology sectors. Along with that, he has worked closely with some of the most notable CEOs, founders and conglomerates to help set up and build successful platforms. He is constantly sought for advice on issues like business strategy, product platform, talent strategy and M&As.

Supreet considers himself a native of cultural experiences. He often indulges in attending music festivals and Sufi mehfils. His love for discovery also makes him an avid traveller, and mountains are his calling.

Sai Gopal

Partner -Technology , Bangalore

Sai joins us from a global executive search firm - Transearch, where he was a part of the leadership team as a Partner for the Digital and Technology practice. Previously, he was the Vice President of Growth and Strategy at Purple Quarter, a tech-focussed boutique search firm.

Sai comes with over 20+ years of experience in which he has led the Sales and BD functions at B2B product and service organisations. He has built many high-quality teams, has led countrywide sales strategies, and has managed large P&Ls in his past stints. He will add immense value to our clients in helping them build their Technology and Engineering leadership teams.

He holds a PGDBM from IMT (Ghaziabad) and is also a Certified ‘Leadership and Change Management’ expert from XLRI (Jamshedpur). He is a long-standing champion of diversity and a proud supporter of crowdfunding initiatives for noble causes.

Sai is a native to wildlife and takes great pride in being a green panther and a wildlife enthusiast. He also finds solace in nature, loves cricket, and is interested in music and travelling.

Shujat Ali

Director -Private Banking & Consumer Technology , Gurgaon

Shujat started his career with ICICI Bank as a Wealth Manager post his MBA. He forayed into executive search with Michael Page India where he spent 7+ years across Private Banking, Wealth Management and Insurance Practice. He holds a full-time MBA degree from the Fore School of Management. At Native, Shujat focuses on hiring for our Private Banking and Consumer Technology sector.

Shujat is a Native of the football field and a soccer fan. He is also a weekend chef and enjoys stirring up a few dishes in his leisure time. Connect with Shujat.

Kshitij Babbar

Associate Director -Engineering , Bangalore

Kshitij comes with more than 13 years of experience across Executive Search, Strategic Partnerships, Sales and Account Management. He spent considerable time in UAE building start-ups and was a key member of Zomato UAE launch. He has also worked with Accor Group, JRD Group, POSist and MobiKwik.

Prior to joining Native, he worked with EMA Partners and Purple Quarter, both boutique search firms where he spearheaded their international expansion whilst growing top line business for the India market. He holds an MBA from IIPM. At Native, Kshitij is an Associate Director for the Engineering team.

Chirag Thakkar

Associate Director -Enterprise Tech , Mumbai

Chirag started his career with Tech Mahindra as Technical Associate. He later worked with Bajaj Electricals as Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing. His Executive Search journey began with Michael Page where he spent 5 years in the Technology & Logistics domain. At Native, Chirag is an Associate Director and will focus on hiring for Enterprise Tech.
