Prateek started his career as an Automotive Design Engineer with Fortune 500 companies for 5 years. After his MBA, he forayed into the executive search at Native. At Native, Prateek is an Associate Principal and is focused on hiring for CFO and Finance roles as well as sector expert for Infrastructure searches. Prateek has handled multiple senior CFO searches across PE funded portfolios and large conglomerates. He has also led critical leadership assignments within the renewables sector.
