Nikita brings 7+ years of experience across Internal Audit and Executive Search. After completing her graduation in Accounting & Finance, she began her career with Deloitte in an Internal Audit role. She later pursued an MBA in Human Resources and transitioned into Executive Search, joining Native. Currently, she is an Associate Principal in the Corporate Functions team, where she leads Operations and Customer Experience hiring for Financial Services clients.
In her free time, Nikita enjoys exploring diverse culinary experiences and experimenting with cooking.
