Shubhasish Das – Welcome Shubhashish. He joins us as an Associate Principal in the GCC Tech team. Shubhashish brings close to 18 years of experience in executive search and talent management, specializing in senior leadership and C-suite hiring across technology and functional domains. He has worked across search firms, global staffing groups, and in-house talent functions, with expertise in retained search, leadership hiring, and RPO and has previously worked with Executive Principles Group, The Edge Partnership, Purple Quarter, Netlabs Global IT Services, and Gi Group, among others. Shubhashish holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Delhi. Outside of work, he is native to reading, listening to music, and cooking.
