Shikha Tripathi has pursued her MBA in Marketing from Welingkar. She holds a decade of rich experience in B2B sales, Business Development, Commercial Leasing and Client Relationship Management space working with clients like Firstcry (India & UAE), Deepak Fertilizers, FM Logistics, Apple, Volkswagen, and Mahindra. In her previous stint with Allcargo Logistics, ESR and JLL, she has handled multifaceted roles giving her a holistic idea of Asset Management within the Industrial & Warehousing Real Estate industry from various stakeholder viewpoints. She has helped multinational clients set up their footprints in India and expand their existing portfolios. At Native, Shikha joins as an Associate Principal in the Infrastructure team.

A natural storyteller and a creative person at heart. She is a trained classical and passionate freestyle dancer. She loves to travel and explore cuisines.
