Pallavi brings close to 14 years of experience in recruitment and HR. In her most recent role, Pallavi was responsible for building the sales team for Gartner across India. She is passionate about partnering closely with hiring managers, gaining a deep understanding of business needs, and building long-term, trusted relationships with candidates.
Outside of work, Pallavi is Native to reading and travelling and has undertaken several solo travel experiences. She also spends time baking and gardening when possible.
Pallavi will lead the HR B2C portfolio in the North and will be based out of Gurgaon.
