Rishi Rai is a business and strategy professional with nearly 13 years of experience driving go-to-market initiatives, revenue growth, and long-term client partnerships across South Asia and international markets. He has worked with global organizations including CNN International (WBD Group) and BBC Worldwide, where he built scalable growth strategies and delivered tailored solutions for diverse clients.
Now transitioning into executive search, Rishi brings a leadership mindset, a people-centric approach, and a strong openness to learning and building expertise in a new domain. He holds an MBA in Media & Communication from Symbiosis Institute of Media & Communication and a PG Certification in Digital Marketing from MICA, Ahmedabad.
Outside of work, Rishi is Native to cooking, music, road trips when time permits, and spending time with his three-year-old, who keeps life grounded and balanced.
Rishi will lead the Consumer North portfolio and will be based out of Gurgaon.
