Simran brings nearly 9 years of professional experience, including over 7.5 years in executive search with Michael Page, where she has led and delivered senior and leadership-level search mandates across Consumer, Consumer Tech, and Industrial & Infrastructure sectors. Her expertise spans Chemicals, Retail, FMCG/CD, Auto & Auto Ancillaries, Logistics, and Manufacturing, with a strong track record of partnering with CXOs, Board members, and senior leadership teams on complex, high-impact hiring engagements. She is known for advising clients on talent strategy, and building long-standing, trusted relationships.
An Economics (Hons.) graduate from Delhi University, Simran also holds an MBA from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. Originally from Delhi, she is currently based in Mumbai.
Outside of work, Simran is Native to travelling and reading.
Simran will lead part of the Industrials and Auto/Auto Ancillaries portfolio in the West and will be based out of Mumbai.
