Karan brings 8+ years of experience in financial services and the executive search industry. Before joining Native, he was with Huxley Associates in executive search and before that was a derivatives trader at a domestic stock broking institution. His analytical skills and innovation ability have helped in many successful hires. As an Associate Director at Native, Karan will focus on hiring for the Private Equity sector.
