Having started his career journey with fullstack development in the healthcare space with Accenture, Kaushal comes with a strong understanding and inclination towards technology as well as business. Post his MBA, he joined Native and is part of the core team focused on leadership hiring within the Tech Offshoring and Financial Services domain. He is well conversant with senior tech talent and has led several complex assignments across CTO, CIO, and engineering searches.
