Siladitya has closely followed the Indian stock market for a couple of years and hence being part of the Public Equity hiring team was a natural choice for him. He graduated from NMIMS, Mumbai with an MBA and comes from a sales background having worked in a traditional Area Manager role apart from doing sales in a food tech platform.
