Her journey with Native was started by building the Industry practice and was a key member in setting up the HR hiring practice. In the past, she has worked with search firms such as Catenon & Anther. She started her career with advertising giants such as Ogilvy, Saatchi & Saatchi & JWT. As a Principal at Native, she will focus on hiring in the Pharma, Healthcare and Life Sciences verticals.
