Her recruitment strategy is based on the understanding that shareholder value creation is directly correlated to the performance of leaders managing your business daily.
Sonali is currently a Managing Partner at Native with a focus on Investment Banking, Institutional Equities, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Alternate Investment Funds and Asset Management. Spearheading these domains for 9+ years, she is the go-to person for all our clients’ leadership needs in the capital markets domain. She also considers herself a native of music and dancing.
