Kanwardeep has been building high-performing teams in the executive search industry for 15 years. After spending his initial years in the Investment Advisory team at BNP Paribas, he co-founded Native and is now the Managing Partner and Chief Operations Officer at Native. As the manager of the ship, Kanwardeep oversees and executes the complete business operations strategy of Native. He leads and controls diverse business operations to keep the firm growing smoothly and is one of our best employee-motivators.

While he enjoys spending time camping and playing tennis, Kanwardeep considers himself a native of his bed – he enjoys nothing more than sleeping.

Nagesh Wagh

Nagesh loves to push boundaries by always striving towards the next accomplishment. That's why his foray into executive search, after coming from a diverse sales and digital marketing platform, only seemed natural. He brings this multi-faceted experience to Native by specializing in finding the best C-level executives for corporate clients across Consumer, Industrials and Infrastructure.

Nagesh is a solutions man for many Indian promoters. He has become synonymous in the Industry for identifying and hiring turnaround CXO specialists for most of our Private Equity Clients' portfolio companies across Consumer, Healthcare, Infra and Energy. Adding to his expertise, he also devises and implements business strategies that help create new horizons for companies.

In keeping with his knack for expanding horizons, Nagesh loves to scale different heights when not working. On lighter weekends, playing cricket is his go-to leisurely activity.

Varun Sidana

Varun has more than 15 years of experience in Relationship Management across Corporate Banking and Structured Finance covering Pan India corporates. Varun is a B.Tech in Computer Science and an MBA from SCMHRD Pune. Post his MBA, he worked with marquee institutions like Citibank, Yes Bank and Edelweiss Capital. At Native, Varun is a Partner with a focus on hiring for Industry Finance, Legal and Infrastructure roles.

Vinal Vikamshi

Director -Finance, Legal, Operations, Marketing & Audit Roles , Mumbai

Vinal has a solid experience of 12+ years in hiring for the Financial Services sector at Native. Having straddled across Banking, Asset Management, and Insurance domains, she has gained a thorough business understanding of these domains and their corporate functions. As a Director at Native, Vinal focuses on hiring for Finance, Legal, Operations, Audit & Marketing functions across our Banking and Financial Services clients.

Anuja Bose

Associate Director -Legal & Compliance , Mumbai

Anuja has about 9 years of experience, with the majority of it being in the recruitment business. She started her career in London working as a Research Associate in a boutique search firm focusing on Private Banking. Before joining Native, she was working as the Head of Research at Vahura where she was part of the executive search team and worked on key leadership mandates. She was also responsible for a few thought leadership reports generated. At Native, she will be a part of the Legal Team and will be hiring for the Non-BFSI Clients.
