Kanwardeep has been building high-performing teams in the executive search industry for 15 years. After spending his initial years in the Investment Advisory team at BNP Paribas, he co-founded Native and is now the Managing Partner and Chief Operations Officer at Native. As the manager of the ship, Kanwardeep oversees and executes the complete business operations strategy of Native. He leads and controls diverse business operations to keep the firm growing smoothly and is one of our best employee-motivators.

While he enjoys spending time camping and playing tennis, Kanwardeep considers himself a native of his bed – he enjoys nothing more than sleeping.

Supreet Singh

Supreet is a seeker of ideas that challenge the status quo. He sees the unsolved problems as business opportunities and explores sustainable business models around those problems. He is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor who founded five successful ventures.

He started his corporate journey 15 years back with HDFC Bank before founding iRefr.com and co-founding Native. Supreet has led many c-suite searches in Financial Services, Digital and Technology sectors. Along with that, he has worked closely with some of the most notable CEOs, founders and conglomerates to help set up and build successful platforms. He is constantly sought for advice on issues like business strategy, product platform, talent strategy and M&As.

Supreet considers himself a native of cultural experiences. He often indulges in attending music festivals and Sufi mehfils. His love for discovery also makes him an avid traveller, and mountains are his calling.

Shalinee is a seasoned leadership hiring specialist with 15+ years of experience in hiring for Technology. She has worked earlier with notable global search firms like Elixir Consulting, and The Edge Partnership focused on hiring for Technology across Global Institutions.
