Shaivya is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in leadership hiring within the financial services domain. At Michael Page, she worked closely with organizations across fintech, NBFCs, HFCs, MFIs, and allied financial institutions, partnering with them on critical leadership and niche hiring mandates.
Prior to transitioning into executive search, she began her professional journey with ICICI Bank, where she worked as a Wealth Manager and later as a Wealth Select Manager, catering to HNI and UHNI clients. This experience gave her deep exposure to financial products, client relationship management, and the nuances of the financial services industry.
Academically, she holds a PGDM from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, which together have helped her blend business acumen with analytical thinking in her professional approach.
Outside of work, Shaivya is Native to travelling and exploring new cultures. She enjoys swimming, reading books, and expressing herself creatively through writing short stories and poems.
