Pranav Rao – Welcome Pranav. He joins us as a Principal in the HR (South) team. Pranav brings over a decade of experience across sales and talent acquisition, working at the intersection of talent, business, and organizational growth. He has worked with organizations including LinkedIn, Lenskart, and Société Générale, gaining an insider’s perspective on executive search and leadership mandates. His approach is defined by curiosity, considered judgement, and an ability to build trust through meaningful conversations. Outside of work, Pranav is Native to exploring people and perspectives through reading, music, travel, and long road trips. He also enjoys spending time with his partner and their ginger cat.
