Krisha began her career at a Boutique Executive search firm – Hunt Partners before completing her MBA at NMIMS. She then joined Piramal Consumer Products as a Management Trainee, gaining cross-functional experience across Sales, Marketing, and E-Commerce. Drawn back to the world of executive search, Krisha returned to the industry and has been part of the Private Equity and Venture Capital hiring team at Native.
 
Outside of work, Krisha is Native to discovering the best cafés to unwind at with a good book.
