Saaniya Aurangabadkar – Saaniya brings 5+ years of experience in Executive Search, with a focus on Investment Banking and Institutional Equities. After completing her MBA in Human Resources from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, she began her career with Native as an Associate Consultant.
Currently, Saaniya is an Associate Principal within the Investment Banking & Institutional Equities practice, where she partners with clients to deliver leadership hiring mandates and build high-impact teams. She brings a strong understanding of financial services talent markets, coupled with a consultative approach to stakeholder management and search execution.
