Nupur brings over 5 years of experience in Executive Search. She graduated from Lady Shri Ram College (LSR) and went on to pursue an MBA from SDA Bocconi. Following her MBA, she joined Native through the campus recruitment program and has since built a strong track record in leadership hiring.

Currently, Nupur serves as an Associate Principal, specializing in CFO and Finance leadership mandates across North India. She partners closely with clients to identify and attract senior finance talent, helping organizations build high-performing leadership teams.

Outside of work, Nupur is an avid long-distance runner and triathlete with a passion for endurance sports. She aspires to complete a marathon on every continent, combining her love for travel with her commitment to pushing personal boundaries.
