Nupur Janu brings over 5 years of experience in Executive Search. A graduate of Lady Shri Ram College (LSR) with an MBA from SDA Bocconi, she joined Native through campus recruitment and has built a strong track record in leadership hiring.
Currently an Associate Principal, Nupur specializes in CFO and Finance leadership mandates across North India, partnering with clients to build high-performing finance teams.
Outside work, she is an avid long-distance runner and triathlete with a goal of completing a marathon on every continent.
