Bhavik joins Native as a Principal. He has 9+ years of cross functional experience across inhouse talent acquisition and executive search. Starting his career with Fullerton India Credit Company managing talent acquisition for Rural & Retail business, he also played pivotal role in recruiting business teams at L&T Infrastructure Finance & Aditya Birla Finance. Prior to joining Native, he was with Michael Page as an Associate Manager, managing NBFC & Fintech leadership hiring. At Native, he will be managing Consumer Lending & Insurance practice. Bhavik is a fitness enthusiast & goes by the belief of Health is Wealth.
