Souvick began his career as a Management Trainee with Lenskart and later transitioned to Executive Search with Michael Page managing HR Hiring.
He holds a Gold Medal in Bachelors of Supply Chain and is an MBA from XIMB.
He is Native to the world of Football and is an ardent supporter of Arsenal FC.
At Native, Souvick will be a part of HR COE Team in Bangalore.
