Kaushal is a computer science engineering graduate from R.V. College of Engineering and has an MBA from SDA Bocconi. Having started his career journey with fullstack development in the healthcare space with one of the leading technology consulting firms, Kaushal comes with a strong understanding and inclination towards technology as well as business. Post his MBA, he has continued to explore and expand his knowledge base in the technology space by venturing into technology leadership hiring and business development wherein he worked with marquee institutions like Native, The Edge Partnership and Whitehat Jr.
He comes with more than 6 years of experience and at Native, Kaushal is an Associate Principal with a focus on the Offshore Practice for Digital, Technology, and Analytics. In his leisure time, Kaushal likes to play Foosball and enjoys exploring different cuisines.
