Sneha has about 12 years of experience working across multinational organizations. She started her career with Tata Sky as a Recruitment Executive. Prior to joining Native, she was a part of Gladwin International & Company where she collaborated with cross category regional and central teams to develop relevant strategies for employee acquisition, development, performance & morale.
