Sai joins us from a global executive search firm – Transearch, where he was a part of the leadership team as a Partner for the Digital and Technology practice. Previously, he was the Vice President of Growth and Strategy at Purple Quarter, a tech-focussed boutique search firm.

Sai comes with over 20+ years of experience in which he has led the Sales and BD functions at B2B product and service organisations. He has built many high-quality teams, has led countrywide sales strategies, and has managed large P&Ls in his past stints. He will add immense value to our clients in helping them build their Technology and Engineering leadership teams.

He holds a PGDBM from IMT (Ghaziabad) and is also a Certified ‘Leadership and Change Management’ expert from XLRI (Jamshedpur). He is a long-standing champion of diversity and a proud supporter of crowdfunding initiatives for noble causes.

Sai is a native to wildlife and takes great pride in being a green panther and a wildlife enthusiast. He also finds solace in nature, loves cricket, and is interested in music and travelling.
