There is a new Native to our Technology team
Vikas is an engineer from NIT and has pursued an MBA in HR from MDI, Gurgaon. Prior to MBA, he worked with Maruti Suzuki managing their Infrastructure Project department and then ventured into executive search with Michael Page for 5 years covering multiple practices and functions. Vikas then forayed into Leadership hiring, PR & Branding with an Enterprise Tech platform – High Radius, exploring a completely different exposure in Talent strategy and employer branding.
Vikas is a globe trotter and has explored around 22 countries including hinterlands of rural India. He is disciplined about fitness and physical training. At Native, Vikas will be part of the Corporate Tech team in Gurgaon.
