Aditi comes with around 5 years of total experience across Technology and Executive search. Post her graduation with a degree in software engineering, Aditi worked with Accenture for around 2 years in an Application Development role. She then went on to pursue her MBA in Human Resources specialisation from NMIMS, Mumbai and thereon joined Native. She is now an Associate Principal and specializes in Global Banking and Markets hiring.
Aditi is an ardent animal lover and in her free time tends to stray animals. She also enjoys working out and the occasional OTT-binge. Connect with Aditi.
