A new native to our CFO and Finance team
Jai comes with 10+ years of work experience and is a seasoned executive search professional with a passion for recruitment and strong domain expertise in leadership hiring. She has worked with Korn Ferry as a part of the Industrial Practice and worked on CXO level mandates for a diversified set of clients across the larger industrial manufacturing sector. Later she joined Godrej in a Corporate Talent Acquisition role, where she managed high volume searches across multiple entities of the group ranging from Real Estate to Private Equity. At Native, Jai is an Associate Principal and will focus on hiring M&A, Strategy experts & CFOs for corporates.
