A New Native to our Team – Shreya Pande
Shreya Pande – Shreya brings over 8+ years of experience across Technology and Executive Search. She began her career as a Software Engineer at HSBC, where she spent two years building a strong foundation in technology after completing her graduation in Electronics & Communication Engineering. She later pursued her MBA from SDA Bocconi, following which she transitioned into Executive Search and joined Native.
Currently, Shreya is as an Associate Principal within the Technology, Digital & Analytics practice, where she leads senior hiring mandates for Financial Services clients, partnering closely with leadership teams on critical talent strategy and execution.
In her free time, Shreya is Native to learning new sports, dancing, and travelling to new destinations.
