The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has received approval from the Union Cabinet to float India’s first government-sponsored Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT). NHAI has been actively working on setting up an InvIT to monetise it’s completed and operational national highways projects with the objective of mobilising additional resources through capital markets.
This newly setup platform is looking to build a strong management structure by bringing together a team with diverse backgrounds and relevant experience. NHAI is looking to hire professionals, ideally from a Roads or Infrastructure background for the following positions in Delhi:


1. Chief Finance Officer

Seasoned (20+ yrs. of exp.) finance, accounting & fund raising professional with experience in setting-up the function and managing robust systems/ frameworks. Stakeholder management skills and responsibility for overall finance and governance within established Infrastructure / Conglomerate / InvIT platforms will be key essentials for this role. Apply Now

2. Chief Operating Officer

Seasoned (20+ yrs. of exp.) O&M professional within the Road’s sector, currently managing multiple road assets and playing a key role in M&A & bidding processes. Must have a high awareness of risk and governance and should have demonstrated strong leadership/ team building/stakeholder management skills. Apply Now

3. Head CS

Seasoned CS (8+ yrs. of exp.) in statutory compliances. Will manage the Board, lead corporate governance measures, conversant with procedural aspects of SEBI/FEMA & all related bodies. 4. Head Compliance & Risk

15+ yrs. of experience with exposure to developing compliance policies and procedures, handling code of conduct and business ethics & compliances. Exposure in carrying out anti-fraud awareness sessions among employees & periodic compliance trainings will be an advantage. 5. Head Human Resources

15+ yrs. of overall experience. Preferably from the infrastructure sector with strong expertise in IR, setting up the HR function, organisation build-out and stakeholder management in his/her previous roles. Apply Now
