Reuben Mistry

CEO-

Reuben prides himself in seeking and preparing the leaders of tomorrow. Additionally, he focuses on building Native into an admirable institution by challenging the very status quo of the Industry.

As Native's Chief Executive Officer, he leads the firms 14 sectors, 30+ business leaders with 70+ consultants across our three offices and drives Native's growth and strategic initiatives. Having worked at some of the world’s best financial institutions such as Arthur Andersen and JP Morgan, Reuben has accumulated 16 years of extensive experience in leadership search. He has served as an advisor to some of India's most significant clients in financial services. His hands-on experience provides him with a unique business perspective as well as a reputation for delivering results to clients and shareholders.

Reuben is a native to the world of music and is passionate about driving meaningful and sustainable change in his world. He enjoys playback singing and recording different beats and tunes as an avid DJ. He also dedicates his time as a Board Member for the not-for-profit organization - The Institute for Exceptional Children (IEC). The organization promotes mental health in lower income groups. He's also worked with Impact India Foundation - a UNDP India Initiative to bring healthcare to India's most backward areas.

Saket Jain

Managing Partner- Financial Services, Mumbai

Saket takes pride in being the numbers guy. After becoming a Chartered Accountant, he joined E&Y, followed by BMR Advisors, Morgan Stanley and eventually, co-founded Native. This rock-solid foundation of 16 years fittingly gives Saket the proficiency needed to find C-level executives for all our financial service clients. He has seen profound shifts in the economy in the past decade and understands what is it that the future leaders need, to stay ahead in these markets.

Saket's role doesn't just end with C-level executive search. He also enjoys formulating and implementing new practice builds and business strategies. Some of India's largest Financial Institutions and Private Equity funds and Sovereign Funds, turn to Saket not just for their hiring needs, but also to aid them in decision making across their human capital and strategic needs.

He likes being native to the world of audio and visuals by discovering new music, playing the guitar and making videos of anything interesting that grabs his attention.

Supreet Singh

Managing Partner - Technology, Digital & Financial Services, Mumbai

Supreet is a seeker of ideas that challenge the status quo. He sees the unsolved problems as business opportunities and explores sustainable business models around those problems. He is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor who founded five successful ventures.

He started his corporate journey 15 years back with HDFC Bank before founding iRefr.com and co-founding Native. Supreet has led many c-suite searches in Financial Services, Digital and Technology sectors. Along with that, he has worked closely with some of the most notable CEOs, founders and conglomerates to help set up and build successful platforms. He is constantly sought for advice on issues like business strategy, product platform, talent strategy and M&As.

Supreet considers himself a native of cultural experiences. He often indulges in attending music festivals and Sufi mehfils. His love for discovery also makes him an avid traveller, and mountains are his calling.

Ayesha D’Souza

Managing Partner- Banking, Consumer, Human Resources, Gurgaon/Delhi

Ayesha is an experienced leadership hiring specialist with a 15-year background in search. Her previous experience entails global and domestic search firms such as Randstad and Mafoi. She is widely known as a senior advisor to many notable clients and candidates. This has earned her an extensive network within the consumer and financial services sector.

Ayesha is currently a Managing Partner at Native and delivers Native’s razor-sharp solutions to a wide range of corporate clients across FMCG, FMCD, Retail, Hospitality, Education, Corporate & Retail Banking, Debt Capital Markets and Insurance. She thrives on finding unique solutions to their most difficult human capital challenges.

Sonali Puri

Managing Partner- Capital Markets, Private Equity & Asset Management, Mumbai

Sonali brings 12+ years of extensive experience to Native. She started her career as an HR Generalist with TCS and then forayed into executive search with Indusion Consulting, followed by Native. Her recruitment strategy is based on the understanding that shareholder value creation is directly correlated to the performance of leaders managing your business daily.

Sonali is currently a Managing Partner at Native with a focus on Investment Banking, Institutional Equities, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Alternate Investment Funds and Asset Management. Spearheading these domains for 9+ years, she is the go-to person for all our clients' leadership needs in the capital markets domain. She also considers herself a native of music and dancing.

Shuvharshika Mishra

Partner- Banking, Insurance & Human Resources , Mumbai

Shuvharshika has had 12 active years of work experience across the Banking, Technology and Executive Search sector where she has aided clients at leading organizations such as Michael Page, Oracle and Cognizant. This solid foundation has earned her the rightful position as Partner at Native. Her deep domain understanding and a focused approach help her hire relevant and leadership talent for all our Banking and NBFC clients.

Ruchi Thakkar

Director- Investment Banking, Institutional Equities & Asset Management, Mumbai

Ruchi has around 11 years of experience in Investment Banking (IB), Structured Finance (SF) and Project Finance (PF). Post her MBA from NMIMS, she started her career with SBI Capital’s Project Finance desk. She later moved to HDFC Bank, where she spent close to 8 years focusing on IB and SF products across sectors. Additionally, she was also responsible for Infrastructure coverage across IB, SF and PF. As a Director at Native, Ruchi will focus on hiring for the Capital Market sector.

Karan Dalal

Associate Director- Private Equity, Mumbai

Karan brings 8+ years of experience in financial services and the executive search industry. Before joining Native, he was with Huxley Associates in executive search and before that was a derivatives trader at a domestic stock broking institution.
